Greg Rice led a successful career for 21 years as an FBI Agent working in the FBI Division Offices of Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C. During his tenure as an FBI Agent, Mr. Rice successfully investigated a broad spectrum of complex financial crime and violent crime related matters. Among his successes, Mr. Rice received the 2019 U.S. Department of Treasury FINCEN Directors Award for a nationwide fraud investigation. In 2018, he received an award from the United States Attorney’s Office of Utah for his leadership and investigation on a nationwide large-scale fraud case. Three of Mr. Rice’s federal cases were also featured CNBC’s American Greed news magazine true crime television show as well as a federal drug case featured in Sports Illustrated. Mr. Rice was both an FBI Agent and an FBI Supervisor. His career had a heavy emphasis for 18 years working financial crimes investigations. His work included a broad spectrum of federal criminal investigations involving complex financial crimes, money laundering, mortgage fraud, public corruption Identity theft, bank fraud, and intellectual property crime. He also has extensive experience in conducting background investigations, violent crime investigations, federal narcotics/gang cases, civil rights investigations, cyber-crime cases, and domestic terrorism related cases. He is an investigator who possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, quality interviewing techniques, strong personal initiative, and integrity. He has extensive experience conducting and writing federal search and seizure affidavits, and leading arrest teams in the execution of federal warrants. He has twenty-one years of experience building working relationships and rapport with federal and state prosecutors, and numerous law enforcement partners from state and federal agencies. He also has extensive experience providing testimony before federal grand juries, and in federal criminal trial settings. Mr. Rice served as a Supervisory Special Agent for the FBI in the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force in Washington, D.C. coordinating intelligence sharing toward disrupting and dismantling command and control elements of large criminal drug organizations
