From 1980 to the present time Nickolas owns and operates Montano & Associates International Investigations. As owner and operator of this company Nickolas has directed investigations for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Nickolas has also implemented Loss Prevention and Brand Protection Programs specializing in Anti-Counterfeiting, Anti-Diversion, Anti-Piracy, and Patent, Copyright and Trademark Protection around the world.
From 1977 to 1982 Nickolas was a Law Enforcement Officer for the City of Clayton.
Nickolas is currently the Vice-President/Board Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in addition to the following:
